Sales Bonus after leaving

tried calling HR but they were no help. Some of my old teammates said if you leave AZ if you don’t get your sales bonus? I find that hard to believe, I left Pfizer and was paid out fully and prorated for the final month I left. Anyone know how it works at AZ?

Per the IC plans I’ve seen here, they state you must be employed at payout.

Yep...Always leave the day after Payout hits your bank. This is pretty standard industry wide.

Under section 37B of the contract signed by him, it states quite clearly that all offers shall become null and void if - and you can read it for yourself in this photostatic copy - "I, the undersigned, shall forfeit all rights, privileges, and licenses herein and herein contained," et cetera, et cetera..."Fax mentis incendium gloria cultum," et cetera, et cetera..."Memo bis punitor delicatum!" It's all there, black and white, clear as crystal! You stole fizzy lifting drinks. You bumped into the ceiling which now has to be washed and sterilized, so you get nothing! You lose! I thought you get paid if you complete 100% of the quarter as an employee. If you resign with 1 day left in the quarter you get $0

Give notice on the first day of the next qtr and you will get direct deposit. You definitely want to work the entire qtr or you won’t receive any bonus.
