I love how sales admin is never held accountable for anything. No reports, miscalculations, missing data, etc. They are such a joke & yet we have to rely on these clowns for our rankings & B&C checks. As sales reps though, we are held accountable for every little thing. It's ridiculous. Who in their right mind would be motivated now with these morons determining your fate.
