No way we get goals before the 20th. I mean it's possible but going on past history it doesn't seem likely.

At this point what does having your goals matter??

"Hey sales force...here's your complete goals with less than three weeks remaining in the qtr."

This has been the sloppiest execution I have ever witnessed and/ or heard of by the "uppers".

However, it is very fitting with the majority of management here.

Would you really expect anything more?
 








I don't know how anyone can truly work right now. I've talked to several people that are dead set and working harder and getting more calls in than ever before. It's kind of hilarious actually. Like making 13 calls instead of 11 is going to make any difference in you keeping your job. I do have a question for the people making a true 11 to 14 calls a day. Aren't your office's sick of you? I mean my goodness, I'm sure they see you at least once a week at that rate.

Doctor: Its Monday and I just saw you on Friday, anything change since I last saw you 3 days ago?
Rep: Nothing has changed but I want to give you a friendly reminder of Linzess"
Doctor: You gave me that same reminder 3 days ago and a full detail with your DM a week before that. Thanks for the info.
Rep: Ha Ha okay, well I'll see you next week!

RD here on monitor:: We expect 11 legit calls a day from our reps. This is a MINIMUM. Some reps have hit 20. To imply that this is not achievable is bs. All DMs have been instructed that they MUST meet these numbers or be gone.
 
















How could they mess up goals so badly. NM XR you ask the reps to do double from last quarter with none available at the pharmacy. Then they put the Linzess goals so low that the whole company is at over a 100%. Stuart Regan you are over your head. Cannot wait to see the MDD goals.

How dare these people that are still work hard. Who do they think they are? Your Job is not to get 7 calls in or 14, your job is to have the doc write more RXs than the next rep. I don't know if you get this it not but people are still gettng paid off of what they are selling right now. Maybe you are used to 5K bonus checks but some people are used to 10k checks. We are on a sales job, and we are paid (or not paid) based off our results. Why is is so difficult for your lazy ass simple underachievers to get that?
 








I am counting on you all slacking off - if I'm gone, I'm taking 5 digits bonus checks with me.

Back on topic - it is unethical to change goals at the end of a quarter - as with June Fetzima, and to not have goals as is current.

So basically, they can wait until end of quarter, then see all the actual results, then place goals where it financially benefits them most.

Really seems like this should be illegal somehow.

And you may not be here and get paid a bonus for that work, or if you are kept may not even have that drug anymore. Business as usual? How, we don't know what our business structure is.

They have already collected enough data at this point that the goals could be released tomorrow and be completely unattainable.

I am with one of the above posters. How is this even legal? They are totally butchering the ICP plan. This is the least transparent thing that I have ever witnessed. And yes, we are working for no bonus on many products.

If we were smart, we should have completely stopped promoting the products that still have no goals.

1. At this point, you will not see the results during this quarter.

2. If you are retained and you have the same product(s) in the same territory then you are simply inflating your goals for the next quarter.

The smartest thing would have been to let mkt share bottom out but hindsight is 20/20.

The more I think about it, this quarter is a lost cause. I should have taken time to relax and look for another job while waiting to learn my future.
