If you're lucky and good, you can maybe make 125k after 3-5 years. This industry is changing, and the money isn't what it used to be. Ortho is fast becoming an industry where you can make a name for yourself, then take those contacts and/or skill sets elsewhere. There is good money to be made out there, but Zimmer will only get you so far.
