Pay varies. I've been here almost 8 years and have a $90K base, but it all depends on your experience coming in from outside. Minimum you would start around $60 if you have less than 2-3 years successful sales experience. Commission too is dependent on your rep level can range anywhere from $40s I believe to $75 commission at plan. So total packages range $120-$175. The job honestly sucks though. There are 3 positions TL (Team Leads), HBT (Hernia, Bariatric, Thoracic,), and GYN reps. TL's have the smallest territories which is nice, but HBT and GYN cover some up to 13 hours away. It's a joke bc it's so hard to cover that large an area without losing business. GYN products are way outdated, and there is nothing in pipeline really. MD&D sales is not the place to be anymore. Feel like more changes are coming if not end of this year, then mid to latter next year. When I say changes, I mean realignments and layoffs. Until I find something else, I am riding this wave to displacement, a better job, or getting canned. Haha
