What is the average salary at Astellas? Car vs allowance, cell phone, internet and benefits. Have interview set for next week and would like any info! Thanks

If you are applying for PCP or URO..run the other way. Goals are set so high that many peole are not even near goal. SDP is a dog product with little long term potential. Take the time and keep looking because this company is not where it is at if you are looking for long term career.

negotiate as high of a salary as you can with your experience. As stated earlier, goals are so bogus that many are not even making bonus on vesicare (75%) payout on sdp is worse than selling s*&*&; at least s*&* can be used for manure.

The company has not hit 100% on either product in close to 2 years...just something to consider.

I make 104K base. Can I get 10% increase here in Hospital Division. I got the hardware to show.

42-59 plus ask for signing bonus. That is what i got even with 6 years experience (59) but I doubled that in bonus, luckily.... yes I did.. I am sure there will be comments about that. it is very hard to do... probably will not next year. Also internet, cell, co car, all the regular things. This is for PCP
