Wow that is sad. I am sorry to tell you and I am not making fun, but. You are specialty and making 60K ? did you have any specialty experience at all prior to this job? I am in PCP and at a 60K base. Did you negotiate? Or did you just jump at the first chance at a job cause you really needed it. Hey I am not poking fun 60K is good money now if you were laid off and really needed a job. I took a massive pay cut from last company (laid off) fucking Pfizer, but happy to be working. I interviewed with DSI Daiichi Sankyo and they were going to give 70K for PCP role i didn't get the job good thing would have been laid off in three months. Hey I applaud you for working and taking a job in CSO with the economy the way it is and how the Pharma industry is now a days. Good luck there fella, lady whatever just do your job the best you can look for other work if you feel slighted but some money in your pocket, pay bills feed family. HEY that works for me.
