Salary range really depends on level experience. Bonus is about 18-20k a year at plan. The awards trip is five days long. Benefits are okay. 401k match is 3%. You have to pay a little every month for personal use of your company car. You can't expense internet. Oh, and the worst part is our expense system. Allergan controls when your AMEX is paid and it's all dependent on when your manager approves and then when the expense department approves also. BUT, you are responsible for any late fees and penalties even if they aren't your fault!
Training is hybrid program of home study and the away portion is usually three weeks long (one week of basic training and two weeks of foundational training, broken up by about six weeks of home study.) When you go to basic training depends on when you start - could be two weeks after you start, could be two months. During that time you are on a guarantee bonus (paid as if your territory is performing at plan.)
Allergan isn't the best company, and it isn't the worst. Good luck.
