Salary True ups

Has anyone received one of these yet? Neil said I’m one of his messages that true ups were gonna happen. Just wondering what percentage increases people are getting?
 






Haven’t heard a word… nothing from my leadership. I did hear through the grapevine that some reps were contacted before the end of the year and given raises but no one I know personally. Starting to think they may only have offered true ups to “high performers” for fear of losing more “good” reps. So if you haven’t been blowing out goals then you may as well forget it. Again another disappointment from Novartis.
Also haven’t heard anything about them fixing the Leqvio payout for Q3 by reducing the threshold to 70%.
 








They are only being offered to people who performed well. So if you are one of those unlucky morons with a low salary and crappy Leqvio numbers, don’t hold your breath.
 












A I laid my cards on the table with my boss and said, I need a raise or I can’t work here any more. He panicked and brought it to hr. Hr says no, wait until Feb. RD calls and says what going on -I said can make 40k more at competitor. She tries to talk up career opportunities and perks of working for Novartis, but no budge on salary. So I came back from break and resigned Boss panics and hr matches my offer but doesn’t offer more. And I said no, I’m out. RD calls again & she’s shocked and now kind of mad that I’d dare to leave after they matched my “demand.”

Too late! They could just pay us consistent with the Buy and Bill market in the first instead of waiting to see who notices we are behind. They don’t understand Buy and Bill and aren’t even smart enough to try to retain their reps who do.
