Do they really have different sales reps for solutions and contact lenses? What a waste of manpower. You would think a sales rep could handle selling lenses and solutions.
 






the base salary I believe is high 50s + bonus maybe more depending on experience. car, phone, computer. sometimes high performers move into contacts, though thy tell us not one of those positions is considered better than the other

Let's see, there are 100 lens reps and 35 solution reps. Most lens reps are in charge of BIOTRUE also. You tell me which one is better? As soon as BIOTRUE share starts to level off, the solution jobs will be dropped and some will be offered lens territories as that group is going to be increased. Lens reps also receive a higher base and bonus.

when can I get out? (I want to get out, I want to get out)
What type of car will you give me? (Give me, give me)


Are you serious? My guess is you will never make it past the phone screen
