What’s the base salary/ bonus and is it car or allowance of new psych expansion? I can’t stomach the conversations with the incompetent Princeton One Recruiters ...

This is pretty close to correct, but a little high. Median 80% should make $118k to 132k. Target bonus at plan is correct. If candidate is really impressive can go up to around $142k for base pay. Sign on bonus for impressive candidates will top out at $20k. Good Luck!I was told 125-135k was in range. 45k at plan.
RUN, don’t walk away from this company. You WILL be miserable. Clueless leadership, ridiculous metric and severe micro management. Plenty of other companies and opportunities better than this fiasco.
I always laugh when responders respond with the run don't walk comment to candidates on this and every other pharma thread. I've unfortunately worked at 6 pharma companies in the past 24 years and can attest that they all have blown at a pretty much similar level...All of my friends that have worked at countless other pharma jobs have had similar experiences over the years. Bottom line....Every pharma gig is a bit of a sham and most upper level mngt is identical with outdated notions of how all of this works. Successful and somewhat fulfilled reps have one thing in common...They get up every weekday and try hard to succeed against insurmountable odds. If a rep does that and tries to actually provide value they will rise quickly to the top 25% of reps and likely survive most layoffs and enjoy life regardless of where they are at in this industry.
You should be out because no one cares. There are plenty of people better than you that have no problem going through the process.

Random: don’t care, just curious. Do they cut your hair for the drug test? Last company—the place they sent me to—took a huge chunk of my hair. Was almost comical.
