Salary Inquiry































What is a real base salary offer here? Are they hesitant to put high offers out there since they were burned by people with supposed relationships in the marketplace? I have a low base where I'm at now, but huge upside with commissions. Do they take into consideration total comp when putting an offer out there for a perspective candidate. I think this is a great opportunity to grow with an organization as they right the ship. I would be happy with anything in the 110-120 range. Is that realistic? Thank you.
 






Can anyone provide accurate insight about the comp plan? Base + commission? Is the at plan number realistic? Are reps hitting their number? I am interviewing and HR wouldn't give me any numbers.
