Salary increase???

Some managers have notified employees that they are getting salary increases. No one on our team has heard anything about this and we have a mixed experienced team (ECP to exec).
What are others hearing? Is it cost of living, are only certain people getting it? Have a feeling that those of us with experience are going to get screwed.

I heard Senior reps across the board are getting 7% raise, effective July 1st with Exec raises announced at a later date, but nothing confirmed.

The process is not transparent and exec reps are not getting anything. They are giving non merit based raises to senior reps because so many have left. I guess if you’ve done a good job and gotten promoted, you don’t get the pity raise.

Didn't you guys just a raise of 2k on your annual bonus?? how much do you need??

Lmfao….yes, we need more. Either you’ve been here for 2 seconds or you’re not in sales. They hold all of the strings to determine if you’re going to actually see that mo eh or not and most of the time you don’t. If you like socialism, move to Venezuela!

I’m thankful for the raise however the other real problem still isn’t fixed….The promotion process.
It’s still based on who has the most managers that like them better. We make it too difficult to advance to S4 promotion. So we will still have lots of people frustrated or that have given upland dont care/try for the promotions.
Commission can’t he 50% based on district performance especially when total commission is only $6k per quarter. It has to be more like 80% based on individual territory performance and quarterly bonus needs to be at least $8k per quarter if you want people to be invested in their results.
Otherwise this job is set up to where reps will do just enough to keep their job and no more because the pay off isn’t there. We reward low performers more than any company that I know with our system

Lilly had to give increases, they have the lowest pay in pharma!! Ask around other companies are paying reps more to do the same job with way les BS

Former executive rep in diabetes in the Midwest area. I left Lily for another Pharma company got a $31,000 raise in my base salary and my bonus went from $26,000 app plan with Eli Lilly to 40,000 that plan at my new company. No capped bonuses either.

I was a Sr. Diabetes rep in the Midwest as well and left a while back and got a $35,000 raise and better bonus as well to sell an RA drug. After 11 months in the new gig, I found a job in Reimbursement with a small company. My base is $185,000 now with about $65,000 in bonus. Lilly paid terribly and because a terrible place to work. Glad you got out too.
