Unless you are a VP Grade 3,2 or SVP Grade 1 … the salary increase in uk and bonus payments stink …. I wonder will there be any more threats to strike by the uk workforce

For as long as I have traveled to work in the UK this has always been the case; the salaries are low and the taxes are high....I would never live there (food is terrible compared to "the Continent". Instead of complaining about pay increases I would push for the non taxables that the UK allows like the expense accounts and cars for not sales personel...........Let's face it, socialism does not work for the working person......so my recommendation is work within the system and maximize what you can.........otherwise, do what the New Yorkers are doing in the U.S.A. ............." Move South Young Man"!!!!!
