Rumor has it that $145K is the max but that is not true. Ceiling for this position and level is $161K but you have to have the experience and the track record. Very few due so that is why P1 isn't announcing the true range for this position. If GENE wants you bad enough, they do negotiate salary, sign-on bonus, and stock.

Rumour has it that you are just speculating (and fishing for info indirectly by starting a new thread) as it all depends on the level from E3 to E5 which is pretty wide range.
 






$150k is the max but there is also a sign-on bonus (up to $85K for reps. that came from Intermune) and stock options. GNE will also pay you for the stock options and bonuses left on the table if you are outside of GNE.
