The sad thing is--salaries are going BACKWARDS now. The current pharma openings are paying $10,000 less than the inVentiv contract paid, and that salary was already low. I guess the wave of the future is to hire reps with three years of experience, pay them nothing, then lay them off every time a company launches a loser me-too. Sad.

So true, what a bunch of crooks. Meanwhile they are getting ridh with their stock! So unfair. We need to form a union

Why pay more money for washed up deadwood? Reps with 10 years plus with bad habits ?

When you can get eager 25 years olds from enterprise or att who will work hard and follow the company direction regardless of how wrong or stupid

The Ventiv people know there are desperate people out there who will work for 55k or 60 k . I was approached by a contract company for BI and the pay was around there. Crap and abusive. LEt them hire punks and see how the doctors respond.
