Looks like Coach Saban is going to be around for a little while longer. All of the details concerning his contract extension have not been released but early reports indicate he will make between $7-7.5 Million.

Saban's agent Jimmy Sexton used Texas as leverage for a more lucrative contract for Saban. This will make Coach Saban the 4th highest paid Coach in the country. Personally I think he is worth every penny even after barely losing to Auburn.

I think Texas is keeping Mack Brown until after the bowl game against Oregon. It will be interesting to see who takes the Texas job? It's a good job if you can keep all of the cooks (wealthy boosters) out of the kitchen.
