This thread is one of the meanest I have ever read. Not very good examples of what supposed Christians should be like. Very embarrassing and some should be completely ashamed of themselves.

Some of the ugliest are the reps who have been at Merck for years. We have one who is so low and out for themselves they try to influence management decisons. Anyone who is in their way will they'll try to run over and have them removed as collateral damage. Get used to these types? No, they should be canned with the next round.

no-whats mean is you and your other s3's that brown-nosed to death all those you had to in order to get to the s3 position. Too many better, more qualified people could have and should have gotten it. it was not based on objective things, no matter what they say. it was all a matter of what manager had the most political influence on the dco's and which one of them did the best brown nosing

This may come as a revelation, but not everyone is self centered and ugly in how they
treat other people. Some people actually play nice. My advise is avoid the uglies, their not worth the gastric distress...or getting run over by them.

Agree. We should list something about the decent reps that exist. It's sad that some are
so selfish and mean, and so un-Christian. Not everyone is looking to undermine or outdo. In my team we look out for each other.

My new S3 has thrown 1 rep under the bus before he became an S3. That rep is now PIPede and no longer with Merck. Now this year as s3 is already getting another rep in managements sights. Oh but, I need to mention in the nicest way possible. She will also be gone by next year. Oh well I guess half of the rest of us will too!

No way! An S3 already pip'd? Hard to believe-it takes time to build a pip and those folks were supposed to be clean with HR issues. Please tell more.

I wouldnt be too sure on the other thing either. At what point do they thin so much that we cant do our jobs for them? If you lose singulair, you will still have a lot of drugs to sell with januvia i think. i dont know if sales will be cut or other positions. what about the oncology group who have never gone through any of this? Womens health?
