Senior Management a bunch of bullies even in a new corporate culture of employee ruling the employer now. HR Police read time reports to see who is coming and going. Really sad state of affairs that is starting to destroy the staff.

What a horrible place. You have managers leave and you cannot find a reason? Are you stupid, ignorant, or just walk around with a blindfold on? So many could have been retained. Now what? All your talent and history is gone. Are you happy about that? One day you will wake up and look in the mirror and realize the mess that you have created in your tenure. It seems like everything that has been touched has failed, but that is ok we guess. You need to pay us underpaid and overworked people ASAP, or else on day you will have an empty building. The inflation rate has skyrocketed, to give out decreased bonuses and 1% increases would be a big slap in the face to the loyal lean staff who have given blood, sweat, and tears to provide you results. If we can’t get rewarded, we lose motivation and drive. Remember money is a cure-all. So please sir as you lay your head to sleep this evening, think of us, the hopefully future, the ones who support the business and give 17 honest hours of work a day, the ones who work Saturday and Sunday, the ones who never turn off their computers. We are the world, we are ONE. God Bless. Jesus Christ is our savior, he will get us through this. Thank you sir.
 






I didn't realize it has become so bad only a few years after I left.
A 1% increase was only given to people placed on probation and soon to be terminated.
Now it's a regular policy?

This organization reeks of excrement. There is not one good quality. Upper Management is clueless. They have no idea of how to run a business. They figure free food and beverage will console the fact that there will be little or nothing in the coffers come bonus time. What a slap in the face for those who gave blood, sweat and tears. I am sure Senior Management will get well paid for the great jobs they did. Pat yourselves on the back for a job NOT well done. The place is totally toxic. Nothing good comes out of this sweatshop. It’s a dump in Canada too. What a depressing place to be. Nobody can make a decision, well they are blocked by the man in charge. I cannot understand why everyone is so afraid. There is no glitz and glamour here. You get treated like a third world country employee. The infrastructure is horrendous. You can’t even get VPN. Oh and yes the computer hardware and software are bottom of the barrel. If you like being a bottom feeder who is disrespected because you do not come from their country, you better run. I just want to throw up every day that’s how bad it is. Keep feeding us free food, sorry money makes Americans happy, not free Ramen noodles. Very interesting the free food was started during the kick off of bonus season. What a travesty. Look elsewhere, or better yet go flip burgers, you will be respected 100% more than in this pathetic building. Too bad I didn’t fill out the survey. Give me one now and I will pummel the truth about this sick toxic atmosphere. I am surprised the toilets work in this cult driven environment. How dare you brainwash us with your principles. Place is a zoo like atmosphere. Guy in charge has no clue how to run a business with the micromanagement skills he possesses . Hopefully he gets the boot with all the dictatorship actions he has harmed employees with during his tenure. We will have a parade and a party on that day. More resignations on the way. Place will be dissolved by 31/3/24.
