With the shitstorm of bad news over the last couple weeks, it’s hard not to consider leaving. Another (reputable) lab is pursuing me but I’m not sure if I should abort mission just yet. Anyone with intimate knowledge of anything have any insight? Worth the bullshit of switching jobs? Will this pass? Are we all headed for the bread line?

It's only going to get worse... can't bounce back from the ripple effect of leaks at least not when govt involved

I'm getting out first chance I get. We don't get paid enough to deal with this BS. Can't speak for all divisions but they're paying lowest base in industry right now after talking with recruiter

gtfo before mass layoffs and everyone will be looking for jobs same time.. esp if u want to stay in lab space lot of openings now but will be filled
 






No way this company recovers with current SLT. They have zero previous experience all have be proven to be harmful to the org. Ethics issues abound next to ignorance and over the top confidence.

!! Can’t keep the same folks and expect different results. So long as they’re employed it will never change for the better
