I know, I know.  Gilead is "toxic" but why in the hell are people leaving for Mirati?  If you think its tough at Gilead just wait.  From what I hear their leadership is no better and destroys everything in their path.  Amgen will own the space.  Just look at their stock performance over the last year.  The reps who went to Emirati must be buying time or avoiding a plan.  I don't think Mirati pays as well either.  BTW, a lot of oncology companies have toxic cultures.  I think there are so many nasty entitled retreads in our industry now that you just can't go anywhere that isn't toxic.
