Rumors are that based on the fine job ADG has done over seas and the fact we need more minority children in top spots, (as is the case with all of pharma), ADG will be our Gal. Since DD left years back for Glaxo, now back in PR. Lilly has had a huge void. Lilly’s new VP will be ADG. How do people feel about this. Please know this is not a trial ballon but a possibility based on human r possibilities.
Is ADG smart enough for this huge jump?.
 






Absolutely had her back in cowboy country and she is a rock starlett, Just ask her or anyone that worked for her. Glad to see Lilly is finally looking at this important diversity issue, all companies have. Horray!
 
























What I liked about her most wasn’t the Tribal leadership BS that she preached, but how she helped us get in touch With our inner feelings so we could be more Gentile with our reps. Only issue was if she didn’t like you there was absolutely no chance for promotion. The support just wasn’t there no matter how good of a job you did, if she liked you she would go out of her way to help. Just be a lefty, young and gender specific and things will be very very good for you. She has a warm heart.

you are an idiot! She screwed up as sales director, absolutely horrid in MHS. Michelle carnihan all over again. She is horrible
