Maybe I shouldn't have been so mean to those reps I interviewed? I'm experiencing serious Karma!
Maybe I shouldn't misled the reps that currently work for me?
Maybe I should appreciate the reps that work for me and treat them nicely?
Maybe mentioning my "3 Rules" during ride-alongs is a bad idea?
Maybe the NBRXs downward trend has to do with the Q3 comp plan?
Maybe I shouldn't bad mouth people that work for me because the sales force actually talks to each other and cares about the company?
Maybe I should spend less time on Cafe Pharma, less time in the field and less time trying to cover my ass?
Maybe I should put on my big boy pants and LEAD the sales force vs. dictating instructions down to them?

1) don’t ever hire you again for a job in the future
2) you’d rather destroy someone else than admit you’re not able to do this job
3) you’ll never be happy because you enjoy being miserable
