RUMOR? Are they combining Renal and Endo business units?

I have heard that the company is going to combine Renal and Endo business units, making territories smaller, reps will call on Endo, Neph, and Dialysis. Managers are being split, responsible for half Neph/half Endo reps.

Thought that’s what the NEST team is?
To be honest that whole team should be downsized. In our region legacy ESS did absolutely nothing. No one actually knew what they did all day. And in primary care I could see Endo numbers. The ESS team never made any movement with them. They wrote almost all jardiance and Ozempic or Trulicity.

One thing they were good at were shared pcp targets or stealing them all together telling primary care reps they those doctors were Endo like and should only be called on by ESS. Such BS. And they would only take the ones writing Farxiga to help pad their numbers they never wanted accounts who wrote jardiance or they couldn’t move.

Cannot believe AZ has kept that team around as long as they have. Same with respiratory speciality. Since all theirs pulms are closed they just hang out in PCP offices all day.

Yes 3rd quarter! They will make cuts in the Neat team. Was the plan the whole time if Renal’s drug didn’t approved.
