Can corporate please find a better way to rate the reps? This is ridiculous
Every territory should have a different quota. My territory has a lot of crack users and STD testing. That's about it.

Never gonna change. It's LabCorp's way keeping you on a leash until they're ready to turn you out to pasture. Or as they like to put it, RIF. It's a game that is not fair. You can make triple your quote one month and if you just come up a wee bit short the next two after that, then you're considered for a PIP. They've lost a lot of good sales reps due the game called "Rule of 78".

I have worked for multiple labs over the years. They may run the numbers off of the Rule of 78, that does not mean they pay you from the Rule of 78.

That is the real difference.

If you have to outsell the Attrition in your territory and reductions in reimbursement, means you will not make very much money.

It is just that simple.

Hmmm ? You've worked for many labs. Hmmm ?

Only those Reps that have their Nose up the butt of the SVP's make money. The numbers are messaged to screw you. (No KY either) Oh and no exceptions are ever approved. They put that in the Comp. Plan, but it will not happen!

This is all BS. Quotas need to scaled as to how large in volume your territory is. I just received my first PIP ever and can't believe this carp. Time to smoke a blunt and listen to Al Stewart.

LabCorp sets you up to fail. No support, you have to fight to get an IOP and good luck covering the account when the IOP is out. Cutting back on supplies, can't get butterfly needles, customer no-service, billing problems all the time, etc. I have had it!

Now that's the best plan I've heard of in quite some time. Slip in a little Wishbone Ash while you're at it.
