Meeting invite came out today for managers to. “Please prioritize” a meeting that has suddenly appeared for tomorrow concerning RTP and Navy Yard sites. Any insight? Rumor has been out there for a while that Navy Yard is sailing away in lieu of “collaboration space” somewhere in town (whatever that is).

Maybe it’s just about picking the site holiday gift?????

No one wants to go back into that dumbass open floor plan anyway. Just save a few bucks and declare everyone home workers. The pandemic proved it doesn’t matter where anyone works from anymore.

well I agree…remember is this big pharma. Where we do the opposite of what makes sense. Trust me, they won’t let us be remote/hybrid forever. In their eyes, control = success
 






So moving both RTP and Navy Yard staff into city locations in Durham and Philly. Why the secrecy? Still not a word about this for the plebeian staff lower than grade 4 directors.

“Total Transparency” is nothing but propaganda.

Now is the time to push back hard on the open floor plan as a health hazard. After moving to it, most people found that they got sick more often - grubby hands touching everything plus Jugdish has no qualms about coming to work sick and coughing and sneezing everywhere.
