I'm interviewing for a contract position with a small pharma company; I've never worked contract, and was told by someone that there is an RTAM on their contract(different from the one I'm interviewing for). My question is, do all contracts have RTAMs? What is the difference between the RTAM and a DM? I'm interviewing with the DM, but not the RTAM, so I'm a little confused.
