RSM Meeting...DON’T BLAME THE TMs

Home office said RSM meeting is a bashing get together of the salesforce. Rolling out KF’s plan to replace FL and ST. TMs taking the hits left and right. Push for “interim” RSMs and NSDs to stay in positions.
Thoughts: TMs taking their RSM position is hard for team to have respect for their newly appointed RSM who day before was bashing Sun and leadership and is still actively looking to leave company.
PLEASE STOP BLAMING THE SALESFORCE! Morale is so low it’s toxic!

I am so thankful to have left. I’ve never seen such a horrible, toxic company culture. I hope the few goods ones get on with their lives in a much better place, real soon.
 




Who is the RSM for the biologics team covering the Carolina’s? I’m being heavily recruited for the East NSD Role? Just trying to figure out who the management team is.

The fact you’re even considering this company speaks volumes to your lack of intelligence and integrity.

2 NSDs and 3 RSMs leave in 30 days and you’re looking at this job ?

How many years have you been unemployed and living in a shelter ?

Now don’t go trying to spin it differently. By resigning, these people effectively fired YOU.

Yes, I’m sorry for all the discord over at Sun. I’m being recruited to come in and clean up this mess. I’ve worked with Fran in the past & I think you all are being too hard on him.

This place is in a tailspin. FL knew it (as does everyone else with half a brain). He also knew that there was no way he could fix it with Abhay's arrogant, narrow mindedness toward the business. So he left, just lile we all would.
 




The problem I have with FL and several others, is they lied to people when asked about this opportunity. People were trying to make a real decision about their livelihood and they lied. People trusted them. If the FL of the world had and integrity they would have been honest and told us to stay clear of this place. People eventually show you who they really are, and boy did he....along with several others. Unbelievable. I hope everyone can get out and recover from this dump.

Total ass whoever posted his cell phone on this site. He tried to make this a great place and had no control over it. When he recruited, he and all others thought we could all make this a great place. He wasn't making any of it up. I've worked with him on several previous teams that were incredible from both a culture and success standpoint. Don't put the blame on Fran. Remember, he was recruited here too. However, both Jesper and Fabbri are gone amongst many others. This place being a shit show wasn't his fault. It all crumbled once Abhay came to the states.

Let’s be clear:
His initial intent was good in coming here.
Once here, it was ALL about what was going to make HIM look good.
Others fled before him as you state.
And yes, it really did quickly go into the shitter once Abhay came in.
