RSD's know their fate

Who are you talking about when you say "ours?" DSMs didn't know as of yesterday, MIGHT know today or Monday.

Those to whom I was referring to as "ours" are the RSD's, the subject of this thread. Not the DSM's, to whom you refer. You are correct that they did not know as of yesterday to our knowledge. What I am correct in is classifying you as the problem in our industry, people who don't, or can't, read everything before they jump to conclusions.

As opposed to the "conclusion" from SSLT that PSSs are the problem and must therefore pay the price (at least 24% worth) for what has actually been SSLT's failure in effective leadership?

As opposed to a self-proclaimed RSD who can't write? If you are in fact an RSD, your original reply should have said "WE knew OUR fate last Thursday" not "THEY knew THEIR fate last Thursday." This is just a tiny example of how our leadership never seems to consider that they could be wrong or any part of the problem. Way to go yourself, you management "top notcher."

Don't be stupid. This is not anyone in sales 'fault'

This is shitty R&D that led to no products for the last 10 years. And its shitty decision making around medimune - which never had a shot of bringing another product to market.

I am absolutely positive that John Symonds left because of that decision. What a fucking waste of 15 billion dollars. Apparently the day the bought it, the due diligence information told them it was going to be a miracle to bring their pipeline to market - and they still bought it.

Sales leadership own the shitty way they've gone about the last few years - but that is MT et al. But the failureof the comapny is hanging around the neck of the senior leadership. DB, TZ, RF, etc etc in the UK. Worthless the lot of them.

DSM find out the 25/26th. Reps 30/31. If you are contacted on the first day you are safe and will be asked to keep it to yourself. Second day calls are the displacement calls.

No direction given to call those who retain their jobs one day and the displaced the next. Likely that all will be called the same day. Not sure about the 25-26 for DSMs. The RSDs don't find out until Monday when they can tell the DSMs.
