I was wondering how long after an application is submitted online do you hear from someone? If they arnt interested do they at least send you a "not interested" email? I was told by the regional manager that if I applied I would at least get an interview but I applied 3 weeks ago and havnt heard from anyone.

No. The HR dept is inundated with resumes due to the poor economy. You may not hear from them at all. Don't take it personally. Just a heads up- this is a very entry level type position. You can get entry level experience at a lot of places and probably get better experience. Good luck and stay positive!!

Thanks! Im a vet tech now but have alot of sales experience from a previous job/school and would like to get into this feild. I understand the pay isn't great for those who come from higher employment but this may be perfect for me. The position has been open for about 6 months and they just havnt found "the right fit". Hopefully I hear somthing at least but until then I may try other companies.

If you have any experience or success in sales, don't expect to like it here. Pay is not the only factor to think about. They try to brainwash you with their elementary selling process. Most reps don't even use their methods unless they are working with their DMs, which is the real reason why they are growing. If you wanted to start here for a year or so and move somewhere else, that would be the best move. People are not happy here long term, unless there are a few screws loose.

This person is right. All the tenured reps walk around here looking so OLD, and looking like a bunch of zombies. Most smoke and drink in excess....just look like beat up road hard people. I agree with the previous post. I would rather work at another vet company but if you come here leave within two years.
