rotten eggs at the wrong thing

I wonder if The Right Things stands to benefit if they screen thousands of employment seekers and serve them rejection letters. If there is a large pool of equally qualified worker within the right band of asking salary, then there should be a few who will not get acceptance letter. Then the pricing will determine overall best fit candidate. Since you can never live twice (apply twice for same position), it seems you sub-bid the salary to get employment offer, and then look for another employment position after a month or so. But...is it worth it the hassle to be employed one month or six months? Whaddyusay?

Eli Lilly IS the rotten egg. Why in the hell would anyone ever want to be employed by Lilly? Give me one good reason.
