Rotech's new CEO - Alsene

Would have thought the board would be hopping today over the news.

Will he stay the course? Let's hope not - running so thin in the locations both employee wise and equipment being old is not a good combination.

The only course he will take is the same one he has been part of since he started.

It's the blotech way!

It won't matter if he's a good choice or not. He's in and most likely will stay. Lets see the next round of changes that are made. No raises at this time will definitely hurt morale. People are already jumping ship.
Those who need to leave, just hang around like bad money. They, Alsene and staff, should clean house in the middle of the food chain. Get rid of regionals, that would save a nice pile of cash.

Rotech will need to clean house at some level with the new rumored M/C reg's that have been coming out for O2 (to name one item) and the need to do a F2F with the patient's BEFORE a set up can take place.

It is bad enough now going into OT waiting around until a Patient is discharged from a facility and then forcing the PST to "flex" out his time to prevent OT for the pay period.

Time to start thinning out employees who are not value for the money
