Rosen and Speculation

"REDWOOD CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--A.P. Pharma, Inc. (OTCBB: APPA.OB), a specialty pharmaceutical company, today announced the appointment of Robert Rosen to its board of directors."

This announcement came on 7-31-12.

Why did Rosen wait so long before making a move just to join a small microcap biotech? Maybe he was waiting so long to see what kind of deal he might get and if he could work for a public company.

Maybe deals have started coming together. On 8-5-12 we heard of a deal of a board member who will be able to continue to work for public companies. Maybe Rosen got a deal that enables him to continue working for public companies and that is why he finally joined a public company.

What we heard was that 2 rolled in time. Does "rolling" mean you agreed to a deal to talk in return for light sanctions? If so, maybe Rosen is one of the 2 who "rolled."

Rosen would obviously be a valuable piece to put Gold away.

This whole post is all in IMHO. Please do your own legal due diligence.

Doesn't seem like a coincidence. July 31, Aug 5. All coming together possibly.
