Typically, the recruiter will send three candidates to the hiring manager. Interviews are usually about an hour to hour and a half in length. If the manager likes one of the candidates, that person will be passed on to the Regional or National Director for a confirming interview usually followed by an offer. The whole process can be real quick. I've gone from being contacted by a recruiter to accepting an offer in as little as five days. If it's a new contract you may be sent to a regional interviewing event. Same process.
Salary/bonus varies according to the contract. The medical insurance is not the greatest. I've always had a company car and gas card with inventiv. 18 Paid Time Off days per year. 50% match up to 6% of your salary for 401k. Good luck.
