Roommates in training and at meetings with Inventiv?

never seen roommates on the multiple contracts I’ve been on with Inventiv/Syneos...it does mention the possibility of roommates in my current offer letter but never seen it
 




I have been on four different inVentiv contracts. Have never had a roommate at training, and usually had a single at the infrequent meetings, although at least twice I remember having to share a room.
 




When did you get an offer? How was the interview process? I just got an email from a Recruiter, curious to know what the pay and benefits package (car, bonus, etc) is like. Any assistance is helpful.
 




Typically, the recruiter will send three candidates to the hiring manager. Interviews are usually about an hour to hour and a half in length. If the manager likes one of the candidates, that person will be passed on to the Regional or National Director for a confirming interview usually followed by an offer. The whole process can be real quick. I've gone from being contacted by a recruiter to accepting an offer in as little as five days. If it's a new contract you may be sent to a regional interviewing event. Same process.

Salary/bonus varies according to the contract. The medical insurance is not the greatest. I've always had a company car and gas card with inventiv. 18 Paid Time Off days per year. 50% match up to 6% of your salary for 401k. Good luck.
