Maybe Willard should check the tax code in China. Since he hates paying taxes on foreign investment, he and all other anti-tax teabaggers should just move off shore and renounce their citizenship. We liberals and progressives would be much happier and they would not have to pay the hated US taxes, and they could stay out of audits from the dreaded IRS.
