What is wrong with your stupid company?
Lying to candidates about rollovers?
Wow. Stupid company.
Lying to candidates about rollovers?
Wow. Stupid company.
It’s not exactly a lie. It’s a goal. It’s the same as saying a contract is 2 year with the possibility of extension. Contracts end early. Iqvia is working for the client, it is the clients prerogative to extend or cancel a contract,
Is this the Synthroid contract?
Yes.
Have you heard of anyone getting rolled over?
or just more lies to suck people into the job.
I actually was rolled over after being on a contract 1 year. It wasn’t with Quintiles. I had won Presidents Club ranking (but in contract sale it’s just a number, no trip). I rolled over and worked at the Pharma company 4 1/2 more years and left that company for a better opportunity. Contract sales appeals to some, others it’s a band aid until they can find permanent job. So once in a blue moon you get the opportunity to be rolled over. I’m at the stage in my career where I don’t care if I’m rolled over, I prefer contract. Work, get unemployment, work, UPI. I’m nearing retirement but I’d be bored!
Normally blue moons come only about every two or three years. In 2018, unusually, we are getting two blue moons in one year and only two months apart – and one is a lunar eclipse! The next time we will get two blue moons in a year is 2037.
Agreed....no rollover as promised, no new contracts, no loyalty....just liesThis company is clueless.

no doubt about it. people need to wise up and have more self respect. not only is this company a piece of shit, but the entire industry is.
the only people left are mediocre and under achievers that put money above everything else in life. there is no more respect in this industry.
"over achievers don't like mediocre people, and mediocre people don't like over achievers" -Nick Saban.
This sums up how I feel about this industry.
