He's very smart, focused and a good manager. But you may want to spell his name right.
He is a good boss. Transparent and goes to bat for his people which is not common here at DSCO.
I agree. Great manager. We need more like him. Wish he would replace our national sales director. He's a nice guy, but is way over his head. Rocco could pull it together well.
What about the lack of success in getting IDN Business?
I don’t think that has anything to do with him or the national account managers. The sales team was given a dog to sell. Surfaxin was never poised to succeed because of many factors.

I believe executive director. I think he has national accounts sales, marketing and sales operations but don’t quote me. Things have changed here so I am not sure who actually does what. I have not personally worked for him but I know that those that do appear to like him unlike some of the so called leaders here

RM should be national sales director. JD is a poor leader and is not doing anything to help me meet my goals. We do need new leadership. RM would be great. Bonus wasn't as good as it should have been. We need someone who can lead us to success.
