What was that? Did he fly up to Rochester on the corporate jet to read questions and provide partial answers? That's it? Strange.
It was the most pathetic BS town hall I've ever seen. No new info; NOTHING to inspire any confidence in him. Oh, and still no information in writing. The only thing it did was to get people off the fence. "Just give us a try" was his pitch to stay.
They're not leaders, they are back office spreadsheet technicians. In way over their heads on this one.
People please listen to me, this is the same exact bullshit that happened a year ago. I am sure others can point out this pattern over the years. Just simply don't trust any of these people. They care about zip as it pertains to our futures, it is all a number on a piece of worthless paper. Milk these jackasses for all you can. and once again trust none of them.

I have seen alot of open positions for sales and directors in the lens division. Is this a safe place to work? Do reps make bonus? What is the pay like? Anything would be helpful.
