As a severed rep, noticed that I no longer have access to Roche Reward Central, not to even check the balance on my card. Also have heard since before downsize that if the benchmark was met for the managed care contest everyone would receive payout, even those severed. What's happening with the contest?

you can get your balance and last 5 transactions by calling the number on the back of the card.

If you can't access RRC how do you know you got a $1450 payout?

Anyway, not a word said about the mc thing. Were you in the Xolair pilot? that was paid recently.
