Roche will layoff virtually all sales and marketing staff within 6 months of closing the acquisition. They may retain some technical staff - for awhile anyway. Ariosa will not survive as a standalone business unit. Roche bought the tests, not the staff and not really the business either. It's the tests and the technical capability in the cfDNA space they want for the long term.
