I can probably go along with that. He makes this awful attempt to be jovial and charismatic. Dude we see through it. You have no interest in any of your people. You pretend. You don’t know the business. Nobody likes you. Because, once again, we all see through the charade. Full of it.
 






RB was lucky enough to be with InBone from the start and got a spark that propelled him into a managerial role w/ Wright Via acquisition. He doesn’t believe in a “verbal contract”. In fact will tell you if you believe in a “verbal contract” your in the wrong industry. I.E all those late night calls you get from him mean nothing but to just antagonize you to accept positions with compensation values he cannot gaurentee. He only will work/hire people that he used to manage as to protect himself under the “Brudney Army”. I’m all about giving people the benefit of the doubt but this individual is a problem not a solution. .............run run run
 






He has no army. Bobby and Pete L are already onto this guy. Was a disaster doing joints at Tornier. I hope Integra looses all the lawsuits he’s creating. Especially the newest. Another example of him being checked out. Good talker and what a great first impression he makes. Sucks after. Anyone think he’s a resource or is making things better?

Why work here. All lies to get people into the company. Can trust anyone, horrible culture, poor leadership. Make a mistake and you are a non senior person and you are done for. Make a mistake ask for help and you are reported.
 












No surprise folks. .. Someone get some “proof on paper or on recording to show his arrogance, ignorance, deceiving conversations.” I would bet the farm Ligotti will not let that stand. If no proof RB will deny deny deny.
 






He doesn’t have a side thing.
Just doesn’t care. Thinks he’s still at Torniwr and marching to that beat. These old washed up dudes just manage. Integra needs growth here and he hasn’t delivered. No relationships and cans attract any networks because he’s burned them all.
