Hello everyone. I received an email from Rob this morning about setting up the SRG interview for ATM position here in TX. I’m curious, how long it typically takes to hear back about dates/times for the interview. Is Rob typically very responsive? Also any tips for the SRG questions are appreciated. Thx y’all

So he sent you an email this morning and you’re already posting on CP as to when you’ll get a response back? That makes you sound quite needy and problematic. Trolling for SRG questions? That’s doesn’t sound like the quality of rep we’d like to hire. You tanked yourself.
 



From the sounds of it, you guys will take what cha can get sooooooo…. Don’t blame the dude for being prepared bruh. At least he’s not sitting around bitching about his own company like half these mfs
 



Clearly you are the motivated, well-prepared type. My advice—- RUN. This company is a joke and for the ambitious type I promise you, you’ll thrive elsewhere. Don’t get trapped in this hell hole. Watch on the sidelines as LV burns its self to the ground.

yeah, what Rob said ….. you don’t sound like the lazy, worthless quality of reps we like to hire. How dare you prepare for an interview. It’s like you want to succeed or something ..? Success is definitely not in the Zoll handbook.
 



This right here is the reason we are a joke to all other device reps. We attack those you want to prepare themselves & praise those who do nothing. I don’t understand this company.

Any company that employees JB after all he has done is a joke. The guy is old, fat and washed up. He acts like a 12 year and treats people awful. The guy condones all types of horrible behavior. Run away from Zoll as fast as you can. Lifevest and TherOx are a joke.
 



Spoke to Rob three years ago. Like him. Took the SRG after researching the format and intended benchmarks. Crushed it, or so Rob said. Spoke to a manager and two reps. That killed any interest in the position. One rep called the Life Vest the Lie Vest, can't make that shit up.

Ask the RMs how many Lifevest his region puts on a year and how many saves they have. It’s super expensive and the patients don’t get much benefit. NICM should never be prescribed a Lifevest.
 



It doesn’t need to save lives when it has a health survey. Patients and clinicians truly think it is an incredible value at +$3,000 a month with game changing health survey capability. Then, just mention walk test and you will have them eating from your hand, you’ll be on the presidents club trip in no time.

If you don’t mind a product that costs a lot and saves very few people this could be for you. The turnover here is high and so are the quotas. But the parties are epic! Cheers!!
 






My favorite part of this company is how they demand you feed hospitals every weekend Rhett never want to reimburse you. It’s the craziest thing. Oh and if you don’t have enough names for a lunch they tell you to make the up. Gotta love the managers here.
