I'm in monitoring and have a great manager and awesome team. Pay is where is should be-not over paid not under paid.
Like all companies, your life is only as good as your manager is-crappy company but have a great manager>you're gonna be ok, Great company but crappy manager>you looking for a move including out of the company (my last experience).
Was with a materials person today that spoke highly of the reps from Covidien (all divisions) and the products>but spoke of need to improve corp customer service and website (sux).
That's all I got.
I'm not going anywhere if I can keep making things happen here.
btw, R&D is about to start releasing lots of new good stuff over the next 2 years starting this quarter.

Thanks for the insight..can you elaborate on pay? I know that's a dicey subject, but any range would be helpful. Also, can you elaborate on how hospitals view the products? Are the products best in class? Is the the capital side of the sales process a struggle right now? You mention new stuff, anything that can be shared? Thanks
