No candidate impresses me. An outsider would be so much better. Imagine AR's micromanagement on this level!! Killer!! On the other hand a small chance for OGD to break up management syndicate. Who would follow AR? Surely he'll take a number of buddies with him.

riva would be horrible but David is from onc and onc begets onc. Even Rivas hr person was talking about taking over global hr. talk about counting chickens and lack of discretion
 






Let Sabri take over and show those idiots how to really run a Development Organization !
He will put the house in order, and get something done in a rational approach... not this crap that Fishman and Mundel have been preaching....
 


















Even a capable successor won't be able to turn the whee. DE, JJ, DV won't allow for an overarching understanding of drug development and the regulatory requirements of 21. century incl GCP compliance.
Scary that despite the current lack thereof the company is quite successful.

AR would be a disaster utter disaster. Too many foreigners. We need an AMERICAN
 






























Exactly what has AR done developmentally for Oncology? No new drugs have come out under him. His internal approval rating is one of the lowest in the company. It is a complete joke he would even be considered for Trevor's job! He is a tyrant. It's his way only. The only people who will work for him are his fellow self-absorbed talentless brown-noisiers!

The problem is that the higher management does not have a clue how to manage!

Sad. Had great potential, but Dan and the rest pissed it all away.

Very true! I take it that brown-noisiers is French-English for brown-nosers? If so, it makes it even more funny...
