Rituxan Interview/Position

I am interviewing next week for a Rituxan position. I was hoping someone out there could give me any ideas for the interview or what I can expect from the interviewing manager. I understand there are many ways the interview could go, but would appreciate any help. I am currently with another division with Roche and not sure if I should look at the position since there were recent layoffs in other product lines within Genentech. Thanks in advance for any help.
