A recruit. called me Friday and asked why so many openings. I told him I did not know what he was talking about so i went and looked, we have 20 sales jobs that posted last week. I hate to say it but that is great. This amy leave sales in an unstable position and maybe they will look at what is going on. Change cost sales through lost relationships. It also shows that when there is an open position anywhere, we are going to leave. Maybe they don't care, who knows. Don't stop interviewing because round 2 of layoffs will be coming.
 












First, Roche/Genentech does not care if you leave or about our relationships with customers. They also do not care how much you get paid. They see it like; if you don't like it, leave. I do hope more people leave and create an unstable environment but, only the good people leave because smart companies look for the best people. That leaves Roche with a bunch of old timers waiting on pensions or old Genentech people that don't know how to look for jobs or don't need to. Avastin lost 2 people last Friday Rituxan lost more than that. Unless you have been here 15 years or more, you should be looking and keep your resume updated.
