This is nonsense beyond redemption. I take this as proof my reservations about Lilly were well founded. So glad I left years ago. I guess these Asian groups are the centerpiece of stealing intellectual secrets for the "Motherland" as well.

What if you are a transgender Asian? How many groups should they join?

Pathetic, to say the least. Hopefully the DBU under Ilya Yuffa will refocus “on our morning” as he says, and realize that D&I is becoming a huge distraction. I have a feeling he’s being told what to do from up above, though. Everyone who has a career here is towing the line... typical careerism.
 


















What does Lilly do as a business? Did they sell off the pharmaceutical part and specialize in D&I, because they are doing fantastic with that part! All I see on LinkedIn is wonderful accomplishments in D&I but I have not seen much about pharma innovations. What about patients? I have not been there for about a decade, but they did have a focus on patients. Who is their customer now days?
 












All this D&I nonsense is just causing more division. Whatever happened to the melting pot of America? My ancestry is European so when do we get our 'club'. Get back to the business of pharmaceuticals, treat people with respect and move on. Why cater to the country of one's ancestors? Fine for conversation and free time pursuits but not in the corporate environment. You're an American so start contributing to OUR culture!
