I just loved that woman. Didn't always agree with her, and yes, she was more than just a little acerbic (to the point of being downright rude) about some folks, but I will miss seeing her on TV....

She didn't affect me that much one way or the other. I've been in the same room when my girlfriend watched her recent talk show about fashion. She cracked a couple of good wisecracks. I agree on leaving under anesthesia. I think that's all there is to death, a complete disconnect from the CNS. I do wish there was a heaven with people naked and we could all go back to our hottest age and hook up with whomever we missed on our first time around. But - I don't think it will happen. Damn!!!

I remember my brother putting golf balls in my Dad's casket. He wanted to be there when it (the casket) was being pushed into the mausoleum just to see the guys faces when they realized something was rolling around in there.....
