"Right Sizing" the Rare Disease unit

Is the OX combined Austin meeting about "resizing the OX business unit"? I heard that they are reducing it to one RBD and the other RBD will fill a vacant TTR RBD position?
Since there are so few OX SFs, right sizing seems appropriate.
 






HQ hasn't back filled the Training department vacancy or the marketing department opening so it could be possible. The drugs are already launched.
Do they really need two seperate Rare Disease training and marketing employees?
 






It looks like they are finally begin the Rare Disease consolidation. The Strategic Territory Planning Workshop excel spreadsheet will help our cross-functional teammates slide into our accounts with no problems.
 












So does that mean the strategic territory planning sessions for ON and GO imply they are being downsized too?

If you are that nervous and paranoid then find another job.

Poor Gail. Heard she was great on the GO team. At least, the MSLs will receive smaller territories.

Dead on right. I really appreciated TG advising us that all of the funding will go to Vutrisiran. THANKS boss.

I am not filing in TG's excel spreadsheet. They gave the majority of my OX territory to someone WHO DOES NOT LIVE NEAR THE ACCOUNTS. Several OX BAES got shafted and are being pushed out. Typical Alnylam.

Yes, they are being PUSHED out so Alnylam doesn't have to pay a severance package due to downsizing. WAKE UP PEOPLE.

The GO team is getting screwed. Yes, we received smaller territories but 30% of our pay now goes to OX. PH1 is Ultra rare and only needs four reps in the country. WHY isn't OX only 10%, if anything, of our pay?
