Ridiculous













What did I sign up for! I am constantly getting yelled at by doctors, staff, patients and my own company! On top of that no one pays for this stupid thing! Why after all these years haven't they contracted with insurance companies? How come they do not recognize or allow for a true up? If a low ef pt doesn't exist, I can't make them up and when I do get a bunch why do I get penalized! Stupidiest sales plan I have ever seen.

Welcome to the Circus! This is why so many people leave within the first 1-2 years and 75% of the field force is new! It doesn't take more than a few months to figure our you were lied to and that the sales model doesn't make sense. This is why it's so important for potential new hires to see, hear and read what they will be getting in to so the make an informed decision. Unfortunately I bought in to the lies and I'm disappointed in myself for not digging deeper . I believed that I would be different. Shame on me, for not believing everyone on this board! I left a great job for LV and it's the worst decision I ever made.

Why would they contract? If they contract with BC/BS in NY for 2500 per patient they would screw themselves in those states that collect 5000 and 6000 per patient! The better question would be why does Stan use 5000 as your average dollar reimbursement when figuring your quota. That's the issue!! Some areas have to do 2 or 3 patients to other areas 1 ! An increase of 3200 for everyone does not take into account different areas reimbursement. Anyway you look at it it is the stupidest quota program I've ever seen. Stupid management equals stupid new hires equals stupid company. Thank god I'm out. Now I've got to wash the smell off my clothes.
